Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this Promotion.

THE PROMOTER: Promoter: Storck UK Ltd., Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke RG24 8QZ. (Please do not send entries or prize claims to this address).

Eligibility: This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Storck UK Limited (or family members of employees), and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

Purchase is necessary. Please retain promotional packaging with the unique code and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
Promotion Period:
1. Main Promotion Period: Enter daily between the hours of 06:00 BST – 23:59 BST from the 1st May 2026 till the 24th July 2026, inclusive.
2. Wrap Up Draw Period: Enter between 00:00 BST on the 25th July 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 30th September 2026 inclusive.
How to Enter:
1. Entrants are required to purchase a Promotional Pack of Toffifee Original 125g (see clause 5) during the Promotion Period;
2. Visit www.toffifeeprizes.com; and
3. Complete the online form with your full name, email address and the 8-digit unique code found printed on the inside sleeve of the Promotional Pack to find out instantly if you have won an Instant Win Prize during the Main Promotion Period or to be entered into the Wrap Up Draw. ROI entrants must correctly answer the quiz question in order to find out instantly if they have won an Instant Win Prize during the Main Promotion Period or to be entered into the Wrap Up Draw.
4. Winners will be required to keep the packaging with the winning code and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, as proof to validate winning the Prize may be requested.
Promotional Packs:
1. Toffifee Original 125g pack with promotional artwork.
Please note that Toffifee 125g White Chocolate and all other sizes of Toffifee packs are excluded.
There is a maximum of one entry per person, per day during the Promotion Period. One unique code per entry. One itemised receipt per entry. Each itemised receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize per week.
Winner Selection:
1. Instant Win Prizes: During the Entry Period, 3,550 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) between the hours of 06:00 BST – 23:59 BST, have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 3,550 Prizes are available to be won.
2. Wrap Up Draw: 1 provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Period. For your total confidence, the Prize draw will be conducted by an independent party by 4th October 2026.
The Prizes:
1. There is one shared prize pool across UK and ROI.
2. Instant Win Prizes: There are 3,550 prizes available to be won during the Main Promotion Period. Each winner will win 1 of the following Prizes, allocated at random:

Main Prize Descriptions / Details:
1. Digital Mastercards:
  1. A year of streaming will be provided as a pre-paid digital Mastercard to the value of £ / €120 which the winner can use to cover the cost of a standard one-year subscription to a streaming service of their choice.
  2. A link to activate the digital Mastercard will be provided via email to the winner once they have confirmed acceptance of their prize.
  3. The card can be used for any online payments where Mastercard is accepted.
  4. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, stolen or fraudulently used cards.
2. Rakuten TV rental voucher codes:
  1. Winners will receive their £ / €5.50 Rakuten TV movie rental code or £ / €10 Rakuten TV digital gift card via email.
  2. Each £ / €5.50 Rakuten TV movie rental code can be used to rent one (1) movie in HD quality available at Rakuten TV, within the selection of content offered by Rakuten TV.
  3. Each £ / €10 Rakuten TV digital gift card can be used to rent or buy a movie priced up to £ / €10 within the selection of content offered by Rakuten TV.
  4. The code and digital gift card are valid until 30/09/2026 and are only valid in the UK & ROI.
  5. The code and digital gift card can only be used once and has no alternative cash redemption value, even if the titles have a lower price than the value of the code or gift card. In the event the full code value is not used, the winner will not receive any compensation or a refund. Codes are not valid for resale.

3. Rakuten TV details:
  1. A rental is valid for 30 days from the moment the code is redeemed, and you will have 48 hours to watch it from the first playback. The rented title will be in the “My Library” section until the end of the 48-hour period, during which time you can watch the film as many times as you like.
  2. If you don’t have an existing account with Rakuten.tv, you will be required to register at Rakuten TV and accept the Terms of Use, Contractual Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies.
  3. After you have received the code, please follow these steps:
    1. Click on https://www.rakuten.tv/uk/campaigns/toffifee to access the Rakuten TV landing page.
    2. Click "Redeem voucher" and select a movie from the list.
    3. Select the option "Redeem Voucher".
    4. Insert your voucher.
    5. Login or register for free if you are not a Rakuten TV user.
    6. Go to the library garden on Rakuten TV to enjoy your movie!
  4. Rakuten TV reserves the right to withdraw the content available on the platform at any time at is sole discretion.
  5. Rakuten TV reserves the right to invalidate the codes for security reasons or to ensure good performance of the service.
  6. After the expiry of the redemption period, the codes will become invalid without any liability for Rakuten TV.
  7. Any cost for the internet connection or any other unspecified cost must be borne by the user.
Winner Notification:
1. Instant Win:
  1. £ / €120 digital Mastercards: The provisional winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of Winner Selection and may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, they will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made or if a provisional winner does not respond within these 14 days providing the required information set out in the original notification, then the provisional winner shall forfeit their Prize, and the Promoter shall be entitled to award the Prize to an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  2. Movies by Rakuten TV digital gift cards and rental voucher codes: The provisional winners may be notified via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of Winner Selection and be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners, and the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner once eligibility has been confirmed, if requested. If evidence of identity and eligibility has been requested, the provisional winner must respond within 14 days. If contact cannot be made or if a provisional winner does not respond within these 14 days providing the required information set out in the original notification, then the provisional winner shall forfeit their Prize, and the Promoter shall be entitled to award the Prize to an alternative winner in accordance with the process described above. Reserve winners may have less time to respond. If a provisional winner has not been contacted for evidence of identity and eligibility, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner and their Prize will be delivered in accordance with clause 11.
2. Wrap Up Draw: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as the winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. A reserve winner may have less time to respond.
Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing contact@toffifeeprizes.com within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.
Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the winners will be made available by writing to Toffifee Winners, Once Upon a Time, 1st Floor, 98 Theobalds Road, London WC1X 8WB, enclosing a self-addressed envelope within three months of the end of the Promotion Period. The winners may object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing contact@toffifeeprizes.com before 31st October 2026. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon its request.
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence and/or that they are not employed by the Promoter or its Agent) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, corrupted or affected the administration, security or integrity of the Promotion, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
1. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
2. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
3. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
4. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.
An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.
In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
No responsibility can be taken for entries or winning claims that are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded.
Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless the entrants’ positive consent has been obtained. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.storck.co.uk/en/privacy-policy.
If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Irish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.
